With the motto "talk therapy is not for everyone" Anita utilizes different modalities to help her clients reach their goals. Anita has experience working with women through all stages of their pregnancy. She enjoys working on childhood trauma, depression and anxiety. Anita also has no problem getting down on the floor and rolling around with children, allowing them to have a safe space to express themselves.
